Ingredients

For baking Kunafa

  • kunafa dough 1/2 package (as much as you can fit in one layer of your baking dish)
  • 4 tablespoon Pure ghee
  • Condensed milk 1/4 cup
  • Pride Whipping cream 1/4 cup

For the rose cream

  • Pride Whipping cream 1 1/2 cup
  • Rose syrup 2 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk 1/4 cup

For Garnishing

  • Slivered Pistachios
  • Dried roses for decoration

How to prepare

  • Preheat oven to 200°C and grease a 9 by 7-inch baking dish.
  • Separate Kunafa and evenly spread ghee over it.
  • Evenly fill kunafa dough to create a tight base, pressing it down.
  • Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Pour condensed milk and cream over baked kunafa, bake an extra 5 minutes until crispy.
  • Whip cream until medium-stiff peaks, gently fold in rose syrup and condensed milk.
  • Pour rose cream over baked kunafa layer.
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set or freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Garnish with slivered pistachios and dried rose petals before serving.
