Ingredients
For baking Kunafa
- kunafa dough 1/2 package (as much as you can fit in one layer of your baking dish)
- 4 tablespoon Pure ghee
- Condensed milk 1/4 cup
- Pride Whipping cream 1/4 cup
For the rose cream
- Pride Whipping cream 1 1/2 cup
- Rose syrup 2 tablespoon
- Condensed milk 1/4 cup
For Garnishing
- Slivered Pistachios
- Dried roses for decoration
How to prepare
- Preheat oven to 200°C and grease a 9 by 7-inch baking dish.
- Separate Kunafa and evenly spread ghee over it.
- Evenly fill kunafa dough to create a tight base, pressing it down.
- Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Pour condensed milk and cream over baked kunafa, bake an extra 5 minutes until crispy.
- Whip cream until medium-stiff peaks, gently fold in rose syrup and condensed milk.
- Pour rose cream over baked kunafa layer.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set or freeze for 30 minutes.
- Garnish with slivered pistachios and dried rose petals before serving.
